Products:

To conserve energy over extended periods the Super-E Motors are designed. They are obtained in both Totally Enclosed Fan Cooled and Open Drip Proof construction. All the three motors are inverter ready. Automotive approved motors are available in both Standard and High Efficiency. Standard-E and Premium Efficiency, and Super-E designs. The standard high efficiency meet efficiency times power factor. The cast iron motors meet automotive requirements for sound power levels. They are available in 1 HP to 100 Hp.

The line of brake motors are the ones which are enclosed fan cooled. They are open drip proof, or explosion proof designs, in either single or three phases. Stock ratings are available from .25 HP through 30 HP. They have a mechanical spring set brake with a manual release. They may be used on machine tools, conveyors, door operators, speed reducers, hoists or any application requiring quick stops and positive holds.

The farm duty motors are designed for many of the applications found on the farm. Motors suitable for aeration fans, auger drives, grain stirring, metering pumps, instant reversing, irrigation tower drives, and crop driers are also found.

General purpose motors with single and three phases are also available. Repulsion-Start Induction Run motors in 2 HP and 10 HP are also available. Baldor is the only manufacturer of such motors.

The General Purpose motors are of open Drip-proof and TEFC construction. They are available in single and three phases. These motors are used in applications which include compressors, pumps, fans, conveyors, material handling, and machine tools and can be put to many other uses. Their HP ranges from 1/12 through 1500.

The pump line of motors includes single or three phase jet pump motors. They are stocked in totally enclosed fan cooled, open drip proof and many explosion proof ratings. Applications for these motors range from swimming pool pumps to medium and high thrust in-line pumps. They are used in water treatment plants. HP ranges from 1/3 to 75.

Baldor’s line of servo includes both brushless and brush type motors. They are designed having either ferrite or rare earth magnets. These products are available with Baldur controls under numerous ratings and are stocked.

The inverter Drive motors are moisture resistant. Magnet wires extend the life of the motors. They range from 1/3 to 500 HPs.

The Metric Dimension motors are readily available from Baldor. The applications of these motors range from pumps, fans, conveyors, machine tools, gear reducers and any other jobs that require IEC Frames. The new products of Baldor are the DC Brushless adjustable speed controlled technology product. It is available from ¼ to 3 HP.
