A Bosch microwave oven is a kitchen appliance which can be called as one of the most useful and greatest invention of the century. Almost every home in America has a microwave oven. In today’s world in order to cope with the increasing cost of living, a busy work schedule has become a must. When you return home hungry you can just pick up a frozen food packet from a store on the way and defrost it using a microwave oven. In just a few minutes the food gets ready. You can also use a microwave oven to heat the food which you had cooked earlier. Cooking food using a microwave oven saves a lot of time.

Microwaves which are radio waves are used to cook the food. The frequency of the radio waves used for cooking food in a microwave oven is nearly 2500 megahertz. Such radio waves are absorbed by fat, water and sugar. This produces heat and thus the food gets cooked. Such radio waves are also absorbed by glass, ceramics and also few plastics. So vessels made of these materials are used to cook food in a microwave oven. Metal utensils cannot be used in microwave oven in majority of the cases as metal reflects the radio waves. The food is cooked in a microwave from inside out. The normal microwave ovens are at room temperature. So the outer crust is not formed in the food cooked as in the food cooked in a convection oven. Using Bosch microwaves gives the ultimate experience in quality fast cooking. Even though food may only be for five minutes, it tastes as if it cooked in a conventional oven for half an hour!
