Flooring in the kitchen is another important area. The flooring, like other things in the kitchen, has to be functional rather than decorative,. While most home owners may be attracted towards Italian hard flooring, padded floors are generally more comfortable.

Chimneys and other appliances should be carefully selected to keep the kitchen free from smoke and odor. Simple things like these can go a long way in helping you design your dream kitchen.
