The rotary tools developed by Albert J.Dremel, in the year 1932, came to be known as Dremel. This company was incorporated in Racine, Wiscosin. In 1993 it was sold to Robert Bosch GmbH and now it is a division of the Robert Bosch Tool Corporation. It is now located in Mount Prospect, Illinois. The tools produced by the company are used on a large scale by model makers and hobbyists. The groundbreaking cleverness of Albert was nothing when compared to that of the people who used Dremel rotary tools. The tools were used by the Defense Department to create its first atomic bomb.
