They can also be used near a fountain or a pond to give different color or feel to the water and its entire appearance. If the mailbox is in the entrance landscaping area of the house, it also aids in highlighting your address at night time. They can also be placed beneath an age old tree to highlight its existence at night time. Light beneath a tree helps add altogether a new character to the entire area.
